ITB Berlin 2009

ITB Berlin, the world’s leading travel trade show will held from 11 to 15 March, 2009. Therefore, ABTO asks interested tour operators to confirm their participation latest by 25 September 2008.

Cost Sharing:

Selected participant has to bear 40 % of the total booth charges.
Remaining 60% of the total booth charges and the decoration of the booth will be borne from TCB budget supplemented by TDF.
40% collection from selected participants will be used for hiring of furniture, participants’ exhibitor badges, refreshment during the fair and miscellaneous expenses.

Logistics:

Selected participant will have to arrange their own travel and accommodation.
ABTO Secretariat will facilitate in acquiring visa for the selected participants.
ABTO Secretariat will provide general brochures, magazines and pamphlets for distribution during the fair.
ABTO Secretariat will also provide advisory services, support and coordination with regard to specific travel fairs.
